Terms and Conditions: 

1. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of R1500.00 is required before sending out samples. This deposit will be fully refunded or not charged if the sample is returned undamaged within five working days. 

2. Return Conditions: Samples must be returned in their original condition, free from damage, scratches, stains, or any other alterations.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility: Houthakker is responsible for the cost of returning the sample. 

4. Late Returns: A fee will be deducted from the deposit if the customer fails to return the sample within the given timeframe. 

5. Theft or Loss: Customers are responsible for the sample while it is in their possession. Any theft or loss will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 

6. Use for Testing Only: Samples are provided for testing purposes only and must not be used for any other purpose.

7. Ownership: Samples remain the property of Houthakker Interiors at all times and are provided on a loan basis only.
