• You will receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
• Please note that there may be a delay of one or two working days after the order is collected before the parcel reflects on the carrier’s system.
Production and Delivery Times:
• Handmade Products: All our products are handmade to order to ensure high quality and eliminate unnecessary carrying costs.
• Smaller Décor Items: Require a 2-4 week production time.
• Larger Furniture Pieces: Require a 6-8 week production time.
• Delivery Time: Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery takes between one and five working days, depending on your location.

• Once an order is dispatched from our premises, Houthakker is not responsible for any loss or damage to products that occur while in transit.

International Shipping:
