Shipping Rates:

Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are based on The Courier Guy rates. This includes reliable courier delivery straight to your door.

Overnight Shipping: If you require overnight shipment, additional costs may apply. Please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order.


Order Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Please note that there may be a delay of one or two working days after the order is collected before the parcel reflects on the carrier’s system.


Production and Delivery Times:

Handmade Products: All our products are handmade to order to ensure high quality and eliminate unnecessary carrying costs.

Smaller Décor Items: Require a 2-4 week production time.

Larger Furniture Pieces: Require a 6-8 week production time.

Delivery Time: Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery takes between one and five working days, depending on your location.

Once an order is dispatched from our premises, Houthakker is not responsible for any loss or damage to products that occur while in transit.

Insurance: If you wish to insure your shipment, please request this in the “Order Notes” section at checkout. Additional fees may apply.


International Shipping:

Currently, we ship within South Africa. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at shop@houthakker.store.
